[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Refund of rs 29 not received from bb

Sir i have ordered grocery from big bazar on 29th apr 21 and it got delivered on the same day . At time of order the amount was rs 501 which i have paid via upi and on bill it was rs 472. The margin is rs 29. I mailed them 7-8 times to issue my refund but they are not initiating it . Basically the sold me products above MRP . Kindly look into the matter and help me to get my refund
