Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Refund regarding non acceptance of our card despite deducted amount from out bank account

On 10.12.2016, Big bazaar, Ambiance Mall, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, billing counter girl swiped my card 2 times and 1time my wife's card, all 3 times the transaction was failed where my and my wife's acount was debited by Rs. 4305.67(twice) & Rs. 4089.67(one time) all three times.
I have not received the refund yet from our bank.

They said that amount will automatically get reversed into your account.
But nothing happened as such till date.

Requesting Big bazar, Ambiance Mall, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi to refund my amount balance immediately.
