I transacted at FBB, Big Bazaar, Korum Mall, Thane West, Maharashtra, India on 6th Feb'22. Clothes worth Rs 2209 were selected and the amount was paid through GPay app (Google Pay). The transaction reference no., date and other details are mentioned in the attached screenshot.
While the above said amount was deducted from the bank account instantaneously, the FBB Big Bazaar counter staff said that the store has not received money. We waited for a few minutes in the hope that the amount would get credited either to FBB or to our bank account. However it did not happen.
We waited further for about 2 weeks and again went to FBB at Korum Mall on 20th Feb'22 to check the status. The store staff informed me that the amount is not credited. The amount is not yet credited back to our bank account. In the meantime we contacted our bank and Gpay several times and the bank and Gpay maintain that the amount is paid to Big Bazaar. Would request you to kindly help me get my money refund to my SBI bank account as I was not given the chosen merchandise (clothes) on 6th Feb'22 and haven't received money back.
