I had paid Rs 2209 for purchase of clothes from FBB, Big Bazaar at Korum Mall, Thane (W), Maharashtra on 6th Feb'22 through GPay.
The GPay transaction ID can be provided if required.
I contacted Gpay who confirms that the amount was deducted from my SBI account and paid to Big Bazaar. We waited for about 15 days and again went back to the shop physically to ask for refund.
The shop maintained that it has not received the amount and hence denied any refund. The shop employee promised to raise an internal complaint but even after followup lateron, we were never given details of complaint.
Now it is one month past and we have neither received a refund nor the merchandise of the above stated amount. Therefore I am forced to make a complaint in consumer forum to get my money back. Was this information helpful? |
