Kindly refer Customer Id written on invoice is [protected], SO No. [protected] I had notified about a complaint regarding defective chair on 21-Oct-2016 with its photographs at [protected]@futuregroup.in. Thereafter one executive visited my house and inspected and acknowledged fault in it but informed that someone else would visit shortly to resolve / fix / replace as deemed fit but nothing has been done so far. I had sent a reminder also at the aforementioned e-mail address but to no avail. Kindly look into the matter and help to resolve the defect in the chair at the earliest.
