Hi team I have visited phoenix market city big bazaar on saturday by 3 and took few ladies dress and around 4:40 we have move soap and shampoo section and took few home maintenance item near to me by kept trolley in side. With in 3 min trolley was missed and i report to soap session person, they mention as in charge was left out for personal work. I have reported near by billing counter and by 4:48 i have report to mr gowtham on customer care. Gowtham called floor in charge for the same. They mentioned as its not our people who clear it. Ask me check with gowthan. When i have revisited gowtham left for lunch and bala who attend and he complaint that its my mistake which you left over some place. Without understanding of time we spend and laziest way of answer I ask him to convey his incharge again. He show a person name is unknown (Seem like north india person). He spend around 40 min and check cam as well. Could didnt find who shifted the trolley. Seem like camera dont have coverage and unable to find. When his manager came and ask me sorry and ask me walk away from shop I have ask him if i have miss any of my belonging will you answer in same way That tall black manager simply reply cam is for our product security only not for costumer belonging and its costumer belong they need to take care otherwise it there mistake. He doesn't care about the costumer time and money. May be sale and security of product is motive for him so Was this information helpful? | |||

I have shopped with big bazar on 7.12.2019 having tax invoice no. [protected] and they have allegedly charged me for a product that is not shopped by me.

again i have argue with him, if you are not for customer.and if you thing we missup your environment, you can have some conference room to discuss these type problem without disturb other.
every day 1000 of customer here for shopping, we will not need to bother about 1 or 2 think over it and it not my duty to help you here. it might duty for sale and retail business. i dont want to here anything if you purchase also i ready to give refund. walk away from here.
if employee is not track you manger need to have controller. in my case bala who dont have responsible to keep me wait for 30 min
your branch manager who behave like boxer or security ask me to walk away
is this softskill person you hire in store where 1000 of people visiting daily
have you check anything the manager who handle case these case in good manager
