[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — selling defective product | |||
Hi, I had bought an air-cooler from big bazaar mysore on 06/03/2020 l, later when i checked it, i received a defective product from them very next which is today when i went to them with the product they checked it for 1hours 20 mins later they refused saying they can't replace the product, at the first executive told me that he will check & replace the product but in the later part he changed the whole sinareo & refused it, they have wasted my time & money by selling the defective product with false marketing strategy.
