Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Store working stopped

As i have booked some essential things in Ujjain bigbazar from future pay app on Friday (15/05/2020)
They gave me confirmation to deliver on Sunday (17/05/2020)
Now they are displaying that store stopped for while and i m not able to check my order

How can i get my money back which i paid advanced for that items
