I had purchased 3 items: 3 seated sofa, 2 seater sofa and a center table on 17 july from phoenix mall home town shop pine. Bearing receipt number [protected]/84/88. All three products are sub standard and please see the uploaded video two seater makes irritating noice when you place just your hand on rest. Three seated bottom support assembled with 1 inch gap. Center table granite had scratches and many holes in it. Reply was it's common thing in granite tables. Surprisingly visited so called technician reply was not satisfactory just eyewash. I thought to buy from branded shop is totally wrong. I now understand that once sold these guys will just play with you by sending few foolish technician and finally no concrete solution to the problem. I am now seriously frustrated and would be thinking to take legal action. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||||
