Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — To return money against my Big bazaar Profit club card number:-[protected]

As all the Big Bazaar stores closed in my area at Bhubaneswar, Keonjhar, Odisha. Hence I am not able to use my Big bazaar Profit club card having number-[protected]. No one responding over call.
I want to cancel my membership. Kindly refund the amount. Let me know if you need any other details from my side.
