[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — top bought from fab | |||||
I had purchased a few garments from big bazaar fab on april 1st. I forgot to take the bill after punching as it was very crowded. The top got shrunk after the 1st wash, and is of no use now. Fbb refuses to replace it, saying you lost the bill. However, it's bought from them, i know the time and have transaction message. Why would it not be possible to create another bill and replace.
