[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — unresolved complaint | |||||
On 27th oct 2017 i registered a complaint with future pay with reference number fp[protected]. The commitment was to resolve the same within 7 working days. Today it is 16th nov 2017 and they are yet to take any action. Future pay deducted 600+ for a failed transaction and never bothered to refund the amount. Even after many follow ups to there customer care and over e-mail they are busy in ignoring. If you people don't want to provide good service then at least refund me the my money so that i can look for other alternatives.
