Dear sir,
It is constrained to note that your all billing counters are not functioning during week days/ sometimes in week end. I bought the dated 09/01/2019 in big bazaar, ground floor, db city mall, bhopal. But after half an hour in the line of the billing counter after purchase, i was told that your profit club card is not being paid yet, that is why your bill has been hold; please pay the hold bill from another billing counter of profit club. Please do it with the card. After this, ongoing to the other billing counter, we were asked to wait for the bill to show the hold bill and the billing counter staff started to bill the people engaged in the second line. After i have billed one to two people, the employee of the billing counter was requested to please take the trouble of getting my bill paid as soon as possible. But i was unheard of by the billing counter staff along with my younger sister and her three-year-old girl for shopping. Along with me, these people were also worried for an hour, first in the line of the billing counter and later waiting for the payment of the hold bill. After some time, i and my younger sister left the big bazaar and left with her little girl. This is the exploitation of customers by big bazaar. Which cannot be tolerated? Time is wasted and mentally tortured. Whose loss should be replenished by big bazaar, ground floor, db city mall, bhopal or put our point on the platform of consumer protection. Hold bill slip is attached herewith.
