Date of Incident : 31-Oct-2018 Client .No. : 0398753 (memo no) 1) No tags where there on the product purchased kiwi fruit and the bill issued at the counter for coconut husk small. 2) Diffrence in price confirmed by the sales man and telling multiple price to us & other customer also, he was not sure about the product price and discussing with there internal staff and saying discounted price us & other customer who where asking the price for the same product and rudly behaving with us & our family members too. 3) To solve the issue we have told the executive & sales man that we complain the same to customer care they are advice us to do the same.
