[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Worst services, wrong commitment & pathetic management | |||||
I suggest everyone please do not purchase anything from hometown (Future retail) any furniture, home décor & any other things. Recently i had very pathetic experience with these company persons. I have purchased one king size bed & one three door wardrobe. They people first delayed delivery then after too much follow up they delivered it. But now those all material is in de assembled form and kept in boxes, now i am struggling with hometown to arrange a assembling person. They people are not ready to support customer, my material kept in boxes, no senior management is listening to issues. My 25 k money is just going to waste also they people are saying if some other person will assemble then warranty will not be considered. Was this information helpful? | |||||
