Festive card offer stating 7000INR above shopping can book a laopala dinner set of 32 pieces at only 600INR.WE shopped for more than 20, 000INR and booked for 3 dinner sets for which we have to PAY 1800INR.But whenever we enquired nothing was mentioned clearly and till January we have enquired then they at once stated that we have given to those who booked. We registered our nb. and address as well before hand but no communication was made from their end. The official names are Rahul- customer care executive, Amit and Abhijeet, Managers. This is kind of fraud and taking away our trust from the offers from big bazaar, galaxy mall, asansol. Proof of festive cards attached here. Booking made on my husband's name Subhashish Banerjee. Continuous statement we are looking since October but no serious action from their end. Very bad impression of customer service representative.
