I book items online on dt 15.08.2018.rs1496.50but till date 03.09.18 items have not been delivered . My item is lying with courier from 25.08.18as per tracking. No response given by big bazaar after talking several time on complaint phone no [protected].18 days have pass.
My order no BBMB[protected]

If items have not been delivered with in 1 day I will go to Forum for harassment.

Hi,

This is regarding order that i have placed on 15th August. The order Id is BBMB[protected]. The Shipment was suppose to be within 10 working days. However its been 15 days and the product has not been delivered yet.

Request you to either provide the product or refund my money back ASAP
