Big Bazaar — LPG STVOE GLASS TOP BLAST AUTOMATICALY AFTER COOKING

Dear sir, This is with reference to the item purchased from your store. We had purchased crystal glass top with s.s body LPG STOVE - OX901695, from Big Bazar at city centermall on 25/04/2014 - bill no - 64278. on 16/06/15 after using it at night your LPG STOVE- OX901695 blasted out with a loud noise. We were very lucky that none o[censored]s were standing near it or someone from my family would have lost his life. I need a strong explanation in this matter at the earliest along with compensation. I have also reported the matter to the Manager of Big Bazaar, Nasik. But i have not received any reply till today.
