Big Bazaar — Missing of item despite being billed and paid

I did purchase from Big Bazaar, Sun City Mall, 125/1, Jessore Road, Champadali More, 24 Praganas (N), Barasat - 700124 on 14/04/15. The details of bill is - TILL NO. 14 CASH MEMO NO. 0003655 Tr : 6585 dated 14/04/15 time 14:38. Following items were purchased :- VIP MENS BRIEFS, L 02 240.00 VIP-VIP MENS BRIEF, L 02 250.00 BB-BB Night Wear Btm 01 329.00 Shopping Carry Bag 01 4.00 Total 06 823.00 After payment the Big Bazaar staff packed the items in Shopping Carry Bag, on checking at home I found one piece of VIP-VIP MENS BRIEF, L is missing.
