[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Pathetic Customer Service - Big Bazaar Indrapuram Store

If there is anybody responsible for customer service at Big Bazaar this message is for him/her:
Today on 23 August 2014 at around 1:30 pm i was making a payment for my purchases at Big Bazaar at Indrapuram store. I was the only when at the counter, making my payment when another customer came up from front and stood beside me (on my right side). Since, I was making the payment and entering my debit card pin - i asked the other customer to stand away since i needed to enter my debit card number. But the arrogant customer instead of heeding to my request starting saying stuff like you should get a separate sealed counter made for yourself and other abusive stuff. The counter lady being timid just kept quiet instead of asking this man to step aside. I asked the manager to come but the lady manager also just chose to be a mute spectator - not even once did she ask this man to keep quiet or state the fact that he was wrong and that he should have waited for my transaction to get over.
There was not much rush at the store and there were so many other customer service people around but all kept mute just watching the show. I felt so insulted and humiliated that I have decided not to visit ANY big bazaar from now onwards.
Still, I am writing this email hoping that you guys come up with a policy that if a customer misbehaves at the counter does not come in the queue or does not wait for the previous customer to complete his transaction such customers will be dealt with strictness. There should be a clear demarcation so that people can enter their debit card pins safely. Until this happens however i will not be visiting any Big Bazaar in future.
