Big Bazaar — poorest billing services | |||
On 30 Mar 2014 evening i went to shop in Big Bazaar, Jayanagar, bangalore, opp Central Mall. I have selected few clothes and went for billing . There were 3 Billing counters out of that only one is working that also the person there is taking his own sweet time for every single billing. there were huge rush and a very long que, i waited approx 30 mins in the que and found that there is virtually no progress at all. I have then contacted customer service point there, they are also not ready to listen me... So, with no other option i left all the items i selected and came out with out any purchase, and so many other people did also the same... worst shopping experince...never going to Big Bazaar again, not let my friends and family members to go there and waste there time...
