Big Bazaar — Product not purchased but still price added | |||||
I went to Big Bazaar in Lido Mall, MG Road Bangalore. I Purchased goods over there. Total Bill Paid was 1871.00 When I reached home and checked the bill, a product with quantity as 10 and total bill as 880.00 was included but that product was not even there. When I went again to the Big Bazaar and reported this mishandling then they said they have to see camera footage. 1 person said that once you are out of big Bazaar, they wont listen these complaint. I am very sad with this behaviour. However they have said to come again tomorrow at 11AM. They will check and if they found that that product is not given then they will refund.
