[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Rotten Packed Food | |||
Dear Support, This is to bring to your notice, that my wife had made a purchase groceries, fresh veggies and fruits from big bazaar, pheonix mills, mumbai with transaction number 59452 dated 26.05.2014 with total billing amount to Rs.2634.33. On the very same day we wanted to cook button mushroom and wanted to consume cut-packed sugarcane pieces. But both off them were rotten. I wonder how many customers must have recd the same kind of product. It could either be a genuine error that happened and you compensate us for the miseries or we forget about it and stop purchasing perishable from Big bazaar. PFA the picture taken. We can come to show you the picture or the product as commuting and parking could have costed us dearer than the price of product.
