Very poor service and behaviour. Partial favours were being offered to some guy who said was going to see a doctor but was buying just deodorants and olay cosmetics and a dairy milk chocolate while others kept waiting in the queue. The items were not at all o[censored]tmost importance and that are required to be brought along while seeing a doctor. No request was even made to the people in the queue to consider his case as he directly asked the billing agent to get his billing done.. When we complained the billing agent rudely said that we have any problem then go and complain, i will do as i please. Was this information helpful? | |||
