Big Bazaar — Sun Flame automatic Burning- not working

I bought Sun flame 3 burner from Madurai Big Bazzar on 30.4.2014. The automatic Burner switch not working. I complained Mr. Zaffer Ali on 1.5.2014. I Phoned many time. Then I booked my complaint in grievances book. Still It was not solved. What should be my next step?. Whether I have to return that gas stove . If not obliged, I have to approach Consumer Court.
