[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Unethical behaviour | |||
I have purchased a Trolley Bag and Skybag frm Durgapur Big Bazaar. Total Bill amount Rs. 4430 and I paid the amount at Terminal # 007, Trans # 16752, Cash Memo No: 0080853 at about 13.03 p.m on 20.10.2015. The Counter issued me a Future Group Shopping Card No: [protected] and told me for registration at customer desk counter. Accordingly I have gone to Ground floor for registration. But I have to wait for a long time (Not less than 35 mins) where as purchase time was " only 15 mins. Then the person behave with me very much rudely and even told me " DO NOT SHOUT". I got astonished. I left the place. Mean time my family also paid for another shopping Bill for Rs. 808/- (Sundry items)- Cash Memo No-0016006 Tr- 92451. Pl look after the matter.
