[Resolved]  Big Bazar — Defamation complaint against Big Bazaar, Khandesh central, Jalgaon

My name is Anil working in Jalgaon, Yesterday I went to Big Bazar in Jalgaon and bought one pant costing Rs. 1400 and after billing and payments while coming outside that censor started to make sound I didn't stole anything I purchased it from my hard earned money but it is the mistake of Big bazar because previous day also I had purchased one Pant from there costing Rs. 1400 I paid the money and I had the bill also but the big bazar people didn't removed the bar code properly, because of that I had to take theft on my head all the customers were looking at me and the security and the supervisors treated me like culprit although I was staying in side they asked me several time stay aside and make way for others, I didn't do anything If I did also before knowing the reality they can't treat me like that they checked my pant shirt and even my slipper I got completely irritated I even asked them shall I remove my pants and shirts all still they were not satisfied and when one guy came to me and he removed a sticker from the pant, then the alarm stopped. But I felt bad so many people were looking at me and going it is not the way to treat a customer.
I have all the bill copies all the payments made through debit card only I can provide the bank statement for that.

When I paid them money and taken bill it is their responsibility to handover the material to me with complete ownership but they didn't do their work properly. This should not happen to any other, so as a citizen it is my responsibility to bring their wrong doing in light.
I want CCTV record regarding our entry and shopping inside the premises of big bazaar because that camera record can show easily we are not thefts and we are right that we brought the bottle from outside before we enter to big bazaar and there was a negligence on the duty of security guards and they are trying to expose us in wrong manner in front of customers. I am not a thief I want Justice otherwise I will look for other ways to escalate the complaint.
I visited both the day on 5th and 6th October between 7 to 10 pm.
