I bought Nandini butter 500gms from big bazar on 3rd January 16. After coming back to home, I realized that the butter is of fungus. I immediately complained them on toll free the next day. They did not resolve the issue so far.They promised that I will receive a response from them with in 48 hours.but no reply. Being such a big company, they are irresponsible.
I am very much disappointed.

I have purchased only two items for Rs.505 and made via card payment and my balance deducted twice from my account.Please return my deducted balance ASAP.
