Sir this is mohammed rizwan who have purchased a vivo y19 mobile from the big c beside klm fashion mall where they told that i[censored] buy vivo handset mobile we will gift u a shoes after purchasing the mobile manager is telling that no shoes are given to u then staff woh told that i will give u shoes said that after 1 week i will give u shoes but when i went manager is telling that no shoes are given and his behavior is very worst who does not have proper way of talking and he does not want customer satisfaction and he want only sale not the customer satisfaction. The name of the manager is kathiah and the staff who sold me mobile his name is sakhelin, so i request u to change the manager of the big c and he doesn't posses to become a manager And i want my gift at any cost Was this information helpful? | |||||

I purchased Redmi 8 from your shop at NOVA enclave Habsiguda Hyderabad video inv. No. SI/tnk1/16865 dt. 18.01.2020 17:56:06. After billing I got Rs. 500 gift voucher. The person who is in the cash counter forceby given ear phone but I returned to him. But in the bill the amount 164.64 + gst charged. This is not good from the casher. The offer which is given by BIGC is taken by shop incharge. It is not good from your sales staff.
