Big Cinema — Poor management in allocating seats | |||
I had booked tickets for the movie Bahubali from bookmyshow and the show schedule was on 22 July 2015 at 7.40p.m. I went with my mom who is a senior citizen and our seats booked were C7, C8. However to our surprise someone was already occupying the C7 seat and was not ready to move. Since there was no staff available in the cinema hall, I had to rush out and request the person serving popcorns to check the issue. He couldnt find a solution so I went outside again and informed this to security that I needed to speak to their manager who is in charge of this. Finally after sometime they checked the tickets and allocated C8, C9 to us. We didnt argue further as we had already missed the show of around 30-40 min and we did not want to disturb other audience. I expect a refund or another show for this mis management! Was this information helpful? | |||
