I have called at booking big cinema and book 3 tickets on the name of vishal. Your booking person miss parvinder kaur received the call and during booking my call cut two times due to network problem then she told that this is not the way to book the ticket that i cut call two times... Now you tell how's the way to book the ticket. She finds difficulty by receiving phone for booking. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Highly disappointing experience of big cinemas, Amrawati, Maharashtra... badly stinking in the movie theater, no air conditioner, no ventilation and worst experience... when politely asked for movie tickets cancellations then no supportive words from the staff... we didn't watch movie and we didn't get our money back.. very bad..
The employees are very rude. There should be some kind of training before the employees are employed because if the customers will get this kind of treatment i dont think so anyone will come anymore this is not a complain but a suggestion!!!

Am from salem and the big cinemas kailash prakash screen here does not have any proper online booking system, the ticket rate is not mentioned online, we have to just block the seat and pay what they say in the theatre, amount is also not mentioned in the ticket bill.please take immediate action or else i will make this as a police complaint.
