Big Cinemas — Regarding sale of water bottles for Rs 50 | |||
I was not allowed to take my water bottle into big cinemas ameerpet and was charged rs 50 for a water bottle. I even told the seller that what he is doing is illegal and there was a notification/court order about this on 4th april 2017 but he ignored saying that the "government order" didn't reach his theatre. I have attached a copy of the bill (Water bottle rs 50) and the copy of court order for your reference. On this Saturday, 27th May 2017 me along with my friend went to see movie "Sachin" at BIG Cinemas Mumbai IMAX Multiplex, Wadala. However, air conditioning of the same was not working. During interval at least 10 people complaint about the same but no consideration was given to our complaint and staff behave very rudely.
