Big Roots — money paid but no confirmation

Big roots for mobile cases is fake website. I lost my money, I don't know how they are cheating the people without knowing values, ethics.
I pray to God that they should punish severely.
I booked two mobile cases worth of 349,
They asked me for Paytm or card
I paid the money through my debit card and since so many days it is showing that the order is still in processing . I don’t know how many days or months or years will take to review my order.
So I request my big roots to remit the account
