I ordered 5 covers from the site. Out of them, one was slightly cracked and one was different from what i ordered. (I ordered samsung j5's cover but received samsung j5 2016's cover). They do not reply to any mails nor is their number available. They don't even to reply to whatsapp texts. My money is stuck in these two covers which i want to be refunded....

Hi I actually had ordered for 2 mobile case covers and had made payment from my paytm account.

I received this message after the payment was made “Dear, Bhavya Gulati Your order has been received Successfully.Your order no. #63008293. Thank you for your purchase.Team Bigroots.”

But I haven’t received any order. I tried to check out on the website and the contact number given there was a fake one and there...

But still date we did not receive the covers.

I contact them on mail but did not get reply.

I contact them on given whatsapp no on site but didn't get any reply.

Kindly help us on the matter.br...

I have ordered a back case for redmi 4a still no confirmation about the delivery. I can't send the email too plz help my order no is 86297 their phne is not reachable it's annoying plz help their whatsapp last seen is also long ago i want the delivery or plz transfer my money back i just want to knw till when will my product be delivered of when can i get my refund...

Big roots for mobile cases is fake website. I lost my money, I don't know how they are cheating the people without knowing values, ethics.
I pray to God that they should punish severely.
I booked two mobile cases worth of 349,
They asked me for Paytm or card
I paid the money through my debit card and since so many days it is showing that the order is still in processing . I don’t know how many days or months...

I have bought 2 mobile covers and did an online payment along with delivery charges for a total amount of rs 348 on 15th november. 2017.

After the order is placed, an order id was generated and the status is shown as processing. I have not received any tracking details and they are not answering any calls in their contact number mentioned in the website "+[protected]".

I want my money back or i want the products...
