Big Roots — order of 2 mobile phone cases

Hi I actually had ordered for 2 mobile case covers and had made payment from my paytm account.

I received this message after the payment was made “Dear, Bhavya Gulati Your order has been received Successfully.Your order no. #63008293. Thank you for your purchase.Team Bigroots.”

But I haven’t received any order. I tried to check out on the website and the contact number given there was a fake one and there was no other way to contact !

I hope the concerned authorities look into this matter and take a corrective action against the company .
