Bigbasket Daily — Default in Delivery

The service provider (Big Basket Daily "BBD") deliver milk and non milk items (daily needs). I pay in advance (in BBD wallet) to avail this service and the service provider has defaulted many a time to deliver the items even after taking advance payment by debiting the charges from BBD wallet. When called to their customer care they apologies and refund the amount. It is to be noted that at time if we miss to call them they might forfeit the amount which is to be refunded to consumers. This issue of non delivering item is becoming repeated in last few days.
Today on[protected], I was supposed to get delivery of 4 packets milk @ 20/pkt. It was not delivered to me till 8.50 AM and I had a communication with customer care they told me either to refund the money or the delivery will happen in next 60 minutes. I asked for delivery, after 60 minutes they told me they will refund me the amount.
Had I needed the refund I would have not ordered milk nor chosen the 60 minutes further wait time for delivery. I claim from customer care 10 times of the refund amount for the compensation against default in delivery and even after further extension of 60 minutes.

Yourgood self is requested to take strict action on this for my claim. They kept me in abeyance and even after that i did not get the product. Milk is daily necessity item, the service provider instead of prior intimating the non delivery kept me on wait ( due to this i could not even buy from market) and later apologized and refunded the amount which was obvious to be returned.

This is harassment and should be taken seriously.
