I have subscription for 1 pkt of Ashirvad Svasti curd -400 gms to be supplied on daily basisbut no supply was made today. Further, order was placed for 6 nos of Vim bar dishwash Lemon against which only 5 nos were supplied. Payment was fully recovered from my Account with BBD.
I made complaint to BBD Chat section at 7.44 hrs but till now ie13.31 hrs no response to my complaint.
i made 7 attempts to contact them on their help...

I have a subscription for Ashirvad 400 ml. curd to be supplied every day.But the same was not supplied to day.

I lodged complaint at 7.44 hrs to your help section for chat regarding the above shortcomings in supply but till now ie 13.05 hrs nobody has responded even after my reminding them every hour after the complaint.

The service provider (Big Basket Daily "BBD") deliver milk and non milk items (daily needs). I pay in advance (in BBD wallet) to avail this service and the service provider has defaulted many a time to deliver the items even after taking advance payment by debiting the charges from BBD wallet. When called to their customer care they apologies and refund the amount. It is to be noted that at time if we miss to call them they might forfeit...

The BBdaily app keeps flashing messages of discounts.
Last time it said top of 1000 and get 5 days of milk free.
I did so to be told of fine print that its only for new customers.

Yesterday it said shop for 1000 from 20th to 26th Oct and get 150 cash back.
I did the same.
To be told you have to spend 1000 on vegetables so no discount.
However other agent says discount will be given.

More than half the products are not delivered.
They show as delivered.
This is their business model where they cheat customer and dilly dally for 24 hours and keep money in their wallet only....
