Dear Concerned,
I have bought a Pigeon Rapido Premium Induction Cook Top from Bigbazaar 52/6, VIP Road, Parvathi Vihar, Kolkata - 700059 on 13. 02.2022. Invoice Number [protected].
The product is not working, I went to the store on 16. 02.2022 to return or exchange it but the Customer Care Executives said I have to call Pigeon Customer Care for a Home Service repair. I called Pigeon Customer care ( at[protected] and they said there is no home service for the product.
I called Bigbazaar Customer Care at [protected] and spoke to Jayesh and he told me to go to the store and get the product replaced, and gave me the Customer Care number of the store[protected], but this number is continuously ringing and no response.
I want to return the product and exchange for a new one, if you can't resolve the problem, I have to contact Consumer forum and file a case.
I have already sent a mail to [protected]@bigbazaar.com, but the mail keeps on bouncing back, it says mailbox full.
Please look into the matter on urgent basis.
