Hi, i have placed an order with detail as order #[protected]Placed on august 7, 2016 10:00:55 pm ist). I have made full payment of rs 1204.30. No status update on order, no response to customer care, even wrong number updated on site. I am surprised how come people are using this bloody online site. I need my money back at the earliest. Never use this site again will recommend all not use bigchemist website. Total fraud it seems.

Updated by Md Rahamanuddin I request consumer forum to take some good action against this BigChemist fraud site. I have seen many people money has not refunded over months.
