BigRock India — Database security issue

I purchased domain and hosting from bigrock named "https://bhsgroups.in".
Website database hacked 2 times in last 6 six months. I also called them for support but didn't get any kind of support from them. Now second time my whole database was flushed. Please help and guide me to take action against them. Below is message that i have got from hacker as warning table in phpmyadmin database.

"to recover your lost database and avoid leaking it: send us 0.06 bitcoin (Btc) to our bitcoin address 1blyhudmnmvpvjctwgc6gft6dcywbvieud and contact us by email with your server ip or domain name and a proof of payment. If you are unsure if we have your data, contact us and we will send you a proof. Your database is downloaded and backed up on our servers. Backups that we have right now: bhsgrftj_gh1503. If we dont receive your payment in the next 10 days, we will make your database public or use them otherwise."
