I have ordered a mobile cover from bigroots.in on november 13th. Order id - 60248. I have ordered 1 products from bigroots.in on 15th november. It worth 199. I had made payment through paytm at the time i i was ordering it. And stillill not received it. Website is still showing being processed. There is no update till now. Please provide a detailed confirmation of the order no. 65236. I would like to know will the order be delivered anyhow? Pls return the money if not sending the order. I don't know that is the website fake or real but whatever it is kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. If. Not possible pls let me know an alternate is there for the issue.
