Bigroots.in — redmi 4 case and covers | |||
I ordered 2 case covers for redmi 4 on 14 december 2017. And it's still on processing. There's no refund policy for that. There's no contact no. Or e-mail. The no. Given in the website is not working. It's always switched off. They are nit rplying for e-mail. They are not telling the dates for order delievery. I want my money back or else they show any date for delievery. Was this information helpful? | |||

I also ordered 3 covers and mine situation was the same as yours.I didn't receive my products for 10 days.But eventualy after 15days it came.
So i had say that the site is not fake, the just take more time for processing.They specifically make each cover after the order, they don't have pre-printed cases/covers.
Well this is what i observed by searching and reading many instances like yours and mine on web and this is what i finally came to conclusion.
Its upto you think what was your impression of this ..
but the one thing that i didn't like about Bigroots is that their services are really slow..
