I had made payment through paytm at the time i i was ordering it. And stillill not received it. Website is still showing being processed. There is no update till now. I had ordered a mobile cover for oppo f3 on 1 december.The order payement is cleared with paytm .Still i have not recieved any update on it. I tried calling the given number, but it's not reachable. If i don't get any update on my order them i would have to launch a complain in consumer forum.Kindly keep transparancy

We tried calling a number of times, the whatapp contact's last seen is also october 12th.
Should've realised when they did not have COD option!
