[Resolved]  Bigsop.com — After paying amount and confirmation of win Galaxy s 4 there is no anykind of followup or response from Bigsop

Dear Sir / madam i Vijay Kulkarni mobile no.[protected] email-id [protected]@gmail.com residing at Flat no. 7 Shanti park Pimpalgaon B. Tal -Niphad Dist.- Nasik Maharashtra Pin 422209. As per your mail i had paid Rs. 799/- on dated 21 Sep 2014 and my order no. is 91713912. on dated 22 Sep 2014 i have call from no.[protected] and give me a confirmation that i am the lucky winner who have won the mobile Samsung Galaxy S 4 and also said that he will call me tomorrow morning to discuss how to get a mobile on my address. From that day i have no call from Bigshop and i also tried to call on customer care no. [protected], [protected], [protected]. but these nos. are not pick up the call after several ring or these nos. are also comes busy. So please confirm me what is this. Is there is misguiding only for getting the payment of Rs. 799/- or all these things are faked to cheated the customers. Confirm me as early as possible.
