Bigsop.com — Can someone tell me, if it's genuine

I place an order today Order number :[protected] Was using facebook, on google chrome, however the pop up came up, and said that you have won iphone 5 for worth 599 only. it took me to the website of bigsop.com, made the payment out there. Realized later that it's a fake website. and tried to call them to stop the payment and also emailed them. They aren't picking up the calls nor replying to the email. If the company is fraud, how can i stop the payment Even spoke with RBL bank, they said payment has been made, they can't do anything about it. Can you help me? and tell me if i will get my order of iphone 5 for 599 or not.
