i had participated in a contest for iphone5 mobile and i paid online Rs 599/- but till there they didn't sent any message to me . i didn't receive any information about this my registered phone no [protected] / mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in and i not able open my account because no password call please refund my money ( Money paid proof attached here)

I recieved an offer for samsung galaxy s5+an ray bang glass for Rs 1199/-, is this offer an fake one or this site is fraud?. No one is attending our call on contact us numbers.
