Bigsop.com — Refund of amount due to non-inclusion of name in winners list

Sir, I have demanded an Apple IPhone-5 (Order No 90395474 dated 8.11.15) and one Samsung LED-55 Smart TV (Order No 90429535 dated 11.11.13) for Rs 599/- each from online. A total of sum of Rs 1198/- were paid online through credit card. My name has not been included in the winners list till date. I have spoken to the company many times on their Phone No.[protected] to refund the amount. But they have converted the amount into points and were insisting to take some cheap items against some points for which I have declined. I now want my money of Rs 1198/- back from the company if they are unable to supply me the above items. Kindly take further action against Bigsop to refund me the amount of Rs 1198/- at the earliest.
