25 th july morning i got a pop up on my screen saying that i win congratulation . i clicke the pop up i fill the form and read the tern and condation for the Contest i have completed the transaction of Rs 699 transaction id =98762324 later on i got a call from Bigsop saying that i have win the Samsung phone mini s5 Thanks to bigsop team

hello i have play in bigsop.com laucky draw contest producte samsung s4&s5 mobile i will wait in the item no any massages and no e miles are not come to me.and give me my product or return my money 799&899 total 1700 rupees or comlient in high cort case return my money i thing you company are fuard. and give me the samsung mobile.

i had participated in a contest for iphone5 mobile and i paid online Rs 599/- but till there they didn't sent any message to me . i didn't receive any information about this my registered phone no [protected] / mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in and i not able open my account because no password call please refund my money ( Money paid proof attached here)

i had participated in a contest to win samsung s5 mobile there they didn't mentioned that is a contest but later they sent a message to me that is a contest.yet i didn't receive any information about this.they didn't atten my phone call.please sent back my money or give the product.

Hello, I had attempted the I phone contest played by your company and I paid Rs.699/- I was told to get some reebok watch parcel at my given address. I placed order on22/714 and my Order no. 91475733. I have not got any Parcel yet. I m finding your company fraud. Kindly refund my money or send me the watch as per your promise.

this is namita talgeri., while using mozilla firefox a box saying i was the lucky visitor offered a Samsung galaxy S4, i was directed to payu site for making the payment of Rs.799/- 98 % discount It looked like i was buying it, i made payment thru internet banking order number 91509512 was displayed. i was redirected to bigsop site where all the contest details could be seen. i checked on 1st august my name was not in the list of winners but when i tracked the order it was showing ready to dispatch, but now it shows as invalid. when i try to login it shows that password has been sent on my email. but i have not received it. i want my money back as the reviews about this online buying site is not good.

this is anil kumar., they mentioned in the site for payment of Rs.799/- you will get samsung galaxy s4.. there they didn't mentioned that it is a contest. Only a lucky winner will get the product. After the payment is finished they are mentioning it as a contest. and they given order number. for sometime if i track the order through order number, it was showing ready to dispatch. but now it is showing incorrect order number.. i want my money back and i have all the proofs that i made payment and the total screen shots i have... I want my money back in 24hrs.. my order number is 91525902.

After logging a complaint on 24th June, Big Sop customer care executive called and asking my credit card number and other details to reimburs the amount. I informed my Credit card number but the people asking me for my card CVV and expiry of the card. As per guidelines and bank instructions we are not supposed to informed any of the account details. They can Misuse them. Why people asking for card details? As per process they can transfer the amount directly to my account from which I made payment. WHAT THEY WANT??? DOUBLE CHEAT THE CUSTOMER? Please take action accordingly to resolve the issue.

Order No. 91492560. I tried to purchase a mobile phone on discount rate. After all the money transaction was over, the site notified that i have gone through some contest and the money I transactioned is credited to site as some useless points. Of course my money is gone and there is no respond from the site regarding it since then. A lot of people who are regular customers of online shopping lost their money in this site trusting it like all other good willed customers. Is there any concerned authority to take necessary action to this Malware, else in future nobody will take chance on online shopping.

I was lured into paying Rs 499/- for Samsung NOTE. Now As per there terms, it was a draw n if I am lucky i will get a phone otherwise i will get points for any further purchase.i didnt get my phone and points as well. I want my money back . I paid the amount through ' my credit card account. This is purely cheating. They did not pick up my call and also customer cares did not pick up my phone. And there was no text written named contest. They did not send me also a confirmation mail or order mail. Please don't buy from this site. .. Very soon i will send legal notice if i didnt get my money back. you have time for this week only...

It was clearly mentioned that I won the product .after making the payment of Rs 599/- then why it was reflected that within 5 days the product will be dispatched from the warehouse.
The above act of your end is called cheating.

I don't want to do any further purchase. I want my money back . I paid the amount through ' my credit card account. This is purely against Cyber Ethics.

They did not pick up my call and also customer cares did not pick up my phone....

Bigsop is a fraud company ... the modus operandi is to lure customer take online order and collect money... They do not provide any product... Unethical business .. infact total fraud company ... they do not provide any product just collect money from the customer by developing a fake online shopping portal... I was asked to pay Rs. 599 online for a loreal hair colour which they do not want to deliver .. infact there are not into online shopping business... they just want people to pay money so that they can cheat... Can cyber faud team make sure that such companies are not registered on the web. PLS PLS dont buy products from this company... They are a Big Fraud
