Sir, I have demanded an Apple IPhone-5 (Order No 90395474 dated 8.11.15) and one Samsung LED-55 Smart TV (Order No 90429535 dated 11.11.13) for Rs 599/- each from online. A total of sum of Rs 1198/- were paid online through credit card. My name has not been included in the winners list till date. I have spoken to the company many times on their Phone No.[protected] to refund the amount. But they have converted the amount into points and were insisting to take some cheap items against some points for which I have declined. I now want my money of Rs 1198/- back from the company if they are unable to supply me the above items. Kindly take further action against Bigsop to refund me the amount of Rs 1198/- at the earliest. I often use google chrome in my desktop. I saw an advertisement asking me to take a survey. It is regarding usage of google chrome. There is a pop up saying that I'm the lucky winner of the day. There are 3 mobiles. I chose Apple and asked me to pay Rs 599 order No.92048354 dt.13.11.2014. I paid it unknowingly. After 5hrs, one person called to my mobile number saying that 15 members are short listed in the draw. They will be given a gift offer of Rs. 15000 which is a combo offer containing a tab, a watch and a mobile. They asked me to pay Rs 9999 for confirmation (order No92051526 dt.14.11.2014). When we pay the money and our money(Rs 599 + Rs 9999) is cash backed to my bigsop account. After we confirm it, we will be getting the combo with the apple phone. The person over the phone is forcing me to pay the money when the money(Rs 9999)when he is over phone. I did not know what to do. So, I filed a complaint here. I informed this so that no one faces a situation like this. sir please refund amount
