Order number : 91766722 I sent mail for the cancellation of the above order. You people replied that Refund will be done in terms of credit points (1 rupee=1 credit point) for online shopping. But how to use these credit points any vocher or coupon number for this. I didnt get any information. Can you send these details. I request you to send rewards points for online shopping. I had participated in an online contest, named ‘great offer’, which was carried on by an online-shopping website, called bigsop.com. they were offering a smart-phone, named Samsung Galaxy S5 & Rayban-ai in just rupees 1199, whose original cost is rupees 48, 000 around. i had made the payment then only. i paid online . this purchase made on date 31st Oct, 2014 . they promise in their refund & return policy that:- “user of the contest will get 100% cash back as a Bigsop points. 1 Bigsop point = rs.1 user can buy any products on bigsop.com using Bigsop points.” when i am logging into this site from my account the Bigsop points are shown but i am unbale to redeem them & cannot proceed for further shopping i hage tried to contact them though the given nos. but noboday has received it yet i am feeling that i have been fooled. i want my money back if not i want to redeem those money, please help me. My name is Vijayakumar.pm. I often use google chrome in my laptop. I saw an advertisement asking me to take a survey. It is regarding usage of google chrome. There is a pop up saying that I'm the lucky winner of the day. There are 3 mobiles. I chose Sam sung note3 and asked me to pay Rs 499. I paid it unknowingly. After i tried to calling big shop customer care number but no one not attending my cal, now i realised am a one of looser in this participate . Please i kindly requesting you people please send me mobile or re pound my money back other wise am going to court seriosly . AND AM REQUESTING IN PUBLIC WHO WILL USING INTERNET, PLEASE DONT USE THIS TYPE OF APPLICATIONS AND PLEASE PASS THIS MASSAGES IN YOUR FRIENDS.THANK YOU.

I directly got into the survey page while opening google on 3rd november. after completion of survey i got the revert that i won i apple for this i need to pay Rs 599/- and i had create my account. I had no idea that bigsop is a big fraud online company. since then i am trying to contact them, . but nobody is picking my phone or answer by automatic machine that my call will be transfer soon, but nobody respond on mail or call. please anyone could take serious action towards this big online company otherwise people like me shall not 'trust on online purchase.

They will be given a gift offer of Rs. 15000 which is a combo offer containing a tab, a watch and a mobile. They asked me to pay Rs 9999 for confirmation. When we pay the money and our money(Rs 599 + Rs 9999) is cash backed to my bigsop account. After we confirm it, we will be getting the combo with the apple phone. The person over the phone is forcing me to pay the money when the money(Rs 9999)when he is over phone. I did not know what to do. So, I filed a complaint here. I informed this so that no one faces a situation like this. sir please refund amount

Because i was according to the survey, the Lucky Winner. I Pay 599 Rs. I did Not get any Call from any One, äs like others. My Question is ... That I Open the GOOGLE, One of the reknown search engine. I Pay because of the google Reputation, Not because of the bigsop. I have submitted to google, also about this. But still did Not get the responce. At least google can Inform the Otter customers, so That Others did Not lose the Money. Forget to Tell, that i was that Time in fatehpur sikri, uttar Pradesh. I am from Tamilnadu, I went to Bangalore for job searching, I went bigsop.com company for interview with reference of consultancy, I got selected without interview.I went job for 12 days, I come to know that BIGSOP.COM is FROD Company, Then I quit my job.(DON'T PAY ANY PAYMENT or PURCHASE or CONTESTS(LIKE 599, 499, 799, 899, 1198 Rupees), Its fully FROD & Cheeting Company.

It projected a good deal after filling up a contest that was on Chrome. I have puchase a samsung galaxy note3 N9000 WI phone from this site and also pay the amount of rs. 499/- on that day... after few days they called me you are not eligble for win this samsung galaxy phone and your name is not in lucky draw... for this i am won a tablet whose price is near about Rs. 9000/- but bigsop is give that tablet to me of Rs. 3500/- half of the discount... and if i not interested to get this product i can get my money back within time... but till date i have not received my money back and several times i have called them but the phone is not answering... so i want my money back immediately otherwise i can do any strong legal action...Kuntal

While I was trying to get online with Mozilla firefox, I don't know how, but the popup came up it took me to bigsop.com website. It gave me an option to buy Samsung galaxy s5, white colour, and asked for the payment. I made the payment of 499 Rs, I don't know what to do now. Order.No was not displayed. While ordering the product they have noticed that I have won the great deal of the day. Am surprised after I have made my payment they mentioned If you won the contest the Product will be delivered to the registered address. But it was not delivered. I thought of calling that number. But it was found to be an fake number. I want my money back. It is strictly punishable since they are using your company website. You should respond to this problem soon. But I think there is no response from your company's consumer complaints. It should be resolved and pay back the money to the customers. Thank you.
